Massage Cancellation/No Show Policy

In order to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice.  If 24 hour notice is not given, the client will be responsible for a $25 Late Cancellation fee. Client that provide late or no notice for a cancellation will be sent a $25 ($50 for couples massage) invoice to the email address used to confirm their appointment. We ask that fee to be paid within 7 days of the canceled/missed appointment.

I value my client’s time as well as my own. Should I need to cancel an appointment I will make every effort to provide you with 24 hour notice as well. If ever that is not possible, and I have to cancel with less than 24 hour notice, I will credit $25 to your next service. I keep this policy to best serve my clients as well as manage my time efficiently. Thank you so much for understanding.

Class Registration/Cancellation Policy

Registration is open once the class is scheduled. Register online and an invoice for payment will be sent within 24 hours. Please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled class if you need to reschedule to a future class.  Cancellations received at least 7 days before class will be refunded their payment minus a $50 materials fee. Any cancellations, made with at least 72 hours notice, will be refunded 1/2 the class price. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of class. However, class registrant may apply 1/2 the class price to a future class or another service.
